PAYMENTS: 50% deposit will hold your dates until 45 days prior to arrival. The remaining 50% must be received no later than 45 days before arrival, or credit card on file to be processed. Following full payment you will receive directions, key safe code, and your vacation home phone number.

CANCELLATION: If you must cancel more than 45 days prior to arrival date, you will receive ALL your money back minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel LESS than 45 days prior to arrival date ALL deposit money is forfeited. ALL HOLIDAYS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND ARE PAYABLE IN FULL WHEN RESERVED.
